By accessing or using the Book My Music platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Book My Music is an online marketplace that connects clients with musicians and event organizers in Sri Lanka. We provide the platform for discovering talent, communicating, and facilitating bookings and payments. We do not employ the musicians and are not a party to the contractual agreements between clients and musicians.
You must register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
When a booking is confirmed, clients agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Book My Music may charge a service fee for facilitating the transaction. Cancellation policies are set by the respective musicians and must be adhered to by clients.
Users may post reviews, profiles, and media (such as photos and videos). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Book My Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content to provide and promote our services. You must not post inappropiate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
Book My Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the performance or quality of any musician booked through our service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
